**IMMA Collective helps purpose-driven independents build more sustainable businesses through relationships, shared learning and opportunities created together.**

We bring together experienced consultants, strategists, facilitators, creatives and other independent professionals who want to find aligned work, support one another and build a more consistent approach to business development.

We're looking for someone who can help make the day-to-day work behind this happen: keeping opportunities moving, supporting relationships, coordinating activities and making sure important things don't fall through the cracks.

This is a hands-on operations role, rather than a traditional community manager or strategy position. You'll start by working closely with our founder and gradually take ownership of the most important operational workflows, improving how they run as you get to know IMMA.

What you'll work on

IMMA is a relational business. Much of our work involves connecting people, recognising opportunities, communicating thoughtfully and following through. Behind that are many recurring processes that need to work reliably.

The work spans four connected areas:

Relationships, opportunities + member amplification

We want opportunities, knowledge and visibility to circulate more consistently through IMMA.

You'll help us collect and share relevant opportunities, connect them with the right members and follow up on what happens next. You'll also help us notice and amplify members' work, whether that's sharing a story, promoting an event or making a useful introduction.

This means getting to know our members, keeping track of conversations and making sure promising connections don't get lost.

Content + communications

Our founder creates much of IMMA's core thinking and content. You'll help turn that into communications that actually reach people.

That includes preparing and scheduling posts and newsletters, adapting existing materials for different channels, creating simple visuals and editing short-form video.

The focus is on reliable execution and coordination, rather than developing the content strategy.

Events + member experience

We bring people together through online sessions and in-person gatherings, often in collaboration with members and local hosts.

You'll help coordinate the operational side: setting things up, communicating with participants and hosts, managing invitations and reminders, and ensuring thoughtful follow-through afterwards.

You'll also support the everyday communications and small details that help members feel connected and well supported.
